1. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• User data (username, phone number, email, password)

• Business processes, technology, and proprietary software (e.g., Smart VetCare)

• Project details, communications, and internal documents

2. Recipient’s Obligations

• The Recipient agrees not to disclose, copy, or distribute confidential information without prior written consent.

• The Recipient agrees to use confidential information only for its intended purpose within the Company’s services.

3. Exclusions

This NDA does not apply to information that is publicly available, lawfully obtained from third parties, or independently developed without use of the Company’s confidential information.

4. Duration

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect during and after the use of the Company’s services.
